I was greeted by this lovely man and his smile! I explained what happened and he quickly came to help with some de-icer. When that didn’t work, he offered a blow torch and bolt cutters as a last result. Thankfully we got the lock open with the blow torch and of course we find the door was frozen (face palm)- No hesitation, Rick helped me open the door. So thankful for his help today. Please give this man a raise! The world needs more people like him.
